Couldn’t turn on the water heater?

Adjust the water inflow knob to the lowest water inflow before starting. Then there are three shower modes on the shower head, and adjust it to the Standart modus.

Can this shower be used in elevation?

Yes, as long as you have good water supply. Our product also features a windproof design, which can be used in a windy environment.

How can I prevent leaking where the hose attaches to the heater?

Used supplied standard hose connection and standard hose rubber washer seals. Kindly note that the teflon tape CAN NOT be used at the gas inlet which will cause gas leakage.

Can the handle be removed to mount on a flat surface?

It had to mount vertically to exhaust gases properly.

What should be paid attention to when using our portable water heater in winter?

1.For areas where the winter minimum temperature is below 50°F, choose Kohree 10L water heater. For areas where the winter temperature is above 50°F, choose the 6L water heater.

2.Please drain all the water inside the machine to avoid freezing.
